Kinetic Energy

Mass and velocity complex together to store kinetic energy.  The energy of charge movement is stored as a magnetic field surrounding the space around the moving charges constituting a mass.  The conversion of movement into magnetic field, and magnetic field into E field, is all dependent upon the local speed of light.  In a high “field-stress” environment, the rate of conduction of light is slower, which causes the processes involved in the physical system (all of which require movement and communication of forces) to proceed more slowly.  Thus, high gravity and high velocity (near speed of light) environments both cause measurable reductions in the rate at which physical processes proceed.
