Light-Mass Interaction
By: Thomas Lee Abshier, ND

This topic is not within the typical realm of relativity, rather it is a quantum mechanical phenomenon, but the quantum levels are strongly influenced by the m and epsilon of the space around the nucleus.  The Laser phenomenon illustrates how a photon can apply force to an electron.  We see this in the precipitation of in-phase shell drops produced by photons passing through atoms with activated orbital electrons.  The photons stimulate an in-phase shell drop by applying its E field force to the activated orbital electron, and thus accelerating it out of energy and space of its allowed orbit (speed-radius).  In so doing the electron acquires energy, and is no longer carrying the angular momentum equal to the orbital space it is occupying.  Thus, it cannot maintain the moment to moment tunneling around the electron orbital.  An electron that accelerates in a curved path loses energy in that process unless it tunnels. ???  And tunneling can only happen between states that have a proper quantum of energy for that space.  Therefore when the orbital electron finds itself outside of its resonance with the required quantum of energy of that space, it cannot hold the energy activation, and drops to the next lower (or basement level).  This quantum of energy gathered in space then organizes as a photon, having conserved the energy of the orbital electron in that space, and carries that lost quantum of energy away.
